Getting a Card

Please click on the following link to access the registration form Patron Registration Form. You may complete the patron information section and print this document and bring it with proper identification to one of the Quinte West Public Library branches. Remember that it
is necessary for you to provide identification to confirm your name and current address.

Acceptable identification may be: driver's license, tax receipt, government cheque or
other photo identification showing current address. Bring your I.D. and this printed and completed form with you to the circulation desk of one of our library branches. Staff will review the information presented along with the I.D. Patrons residing or owning property
in Quinte West will receive free membership.

Persons who do not reside in Quinte West or Belleville will be charged a fee of $22.00
(six months) or $40.00 (one year) for each card issued. Acceptable payment is cash, cheque or interac.
