Quinte West Public Library cards are free to all who live or own property in Quinte West and Belleville. Remember that each member of the family can get a library card! Children up to the age of 13 should apply for a children's card and a parent/guardian must agree to be responsible for library material borrowed on their children's card.
As a resident of Quinte West you can now apply for your library card online and the card will be mailed to you.

The first time you come to the library with your new card please bring ID with you that shows your current address.

Non Resident Memberships Free of Charge:
The Quinte West Public Library also offers free memberships to teachers who teach in Quinte West but reside outside of the municipality, to those who work for the Department of National Defence but reside outside of the municipality and to those who work for the City of Quinte West but reside outside of the municipality. Please come to the library in person to sign up for a library card if you are in this category.
Non-Resident Memberships with Charge:
There is an annual membership fee of $40.00 per person per year or $22.00 for six month's memberships for non-residents of Quinte West or Belleville.
